Eye-Revive warrants to the original user that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for six months from date of purchase. Warranty covers one replacement per purchase.  Shipping fees of $12.50 will apply for replacements and added at check out.  This warranty does not apply to the eye cushions or moisture pads, which are replaceable, or apply to any product which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. If a covered defect should occur, please call (204) 775-2020 for assistance.
