Payment and Shipping

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. All prices in Canadian dollars.  Shipping will be through Canada Post and will take approximately 7 to 10 business days.  Shipments within Canada starting at $12.50 depending on quantity and weight. Some products are available outside of Canada, please call us and inquire.

International Products

Select products are available for international shipping to Canadian citizens temporarily residing outside Canada.  If you are having troubles checking out please contact us at shop@eye-revive.ca or call (204) 775-2020 for assistance.

Warranty

Eye-Revive warrants to the original user that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for six months from date of purchase. Warranty covers one replacement per purchase.  Shipping fees of $12.50 will apply for replacements.  This warranty does not apply to the eye cushions or moisture pads, which are replaceable, or apply to any product which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. If a covered defect should occur, please call (204) 775-2020 for assistance.

Return Policy

We at Eye-Revive are committed to taking care of our customers. Tranquileyes are proven to be effective. If you have purchased the product and feel that it is not working for you please take note of the following. There are two important steps required to ensure you gain the maximum benefits of Tranquileyes.

First, be certain that you have a complete seal of the eye covers around your orbital area. If you have a complete seal and do not have severe dry eyes, you will notice results within a week. You will know you have a complete seal when you wear Tranquileyes and see no visible sign of light coming through. If you do see light, tighten the comfort wrap. If you still see light, gently rotate the eye covers around the orbital area – the foam should seal around the eye with gentle pressure. If you are unable to form a complete seal, please call us at (204) 775-2020 so that we may work with you to obtain a better fit.

Second, give your body time to repair. If you suffer from a chronic condition of dry eyes, you will feel immediate relief while using your Tranquileyes. However, it will take at least two to three weeks of daily use before gaining the full benefit of Tranquileyes. Please be patient. We assure you, if you are dedicated to regular use of your Tranquileyes, you will experience enhanced dry eye relief.

If after following the above you still remain unsatisfied, please call (204) 775-2020. We will provide you with instructions for return. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and include proof of purchase. Please ship the product and all parts in original packaging.  Missing parts may dismiss full refund and restocking fees may apply.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please do not ship your product back without contacting us first. It will be refused.  Shipping and handling is extra on exchanges. Thank you for your business.
